Club Tennis

Club tennis is a co-ed club that gives students the opportunities to compete competitively while also creating a welcoming space for those that are newer to the sport. The goal for club tennis is to enhance the experiences of students and to give them a space where they can engage socially while playing the sport they love.

Dues

Dues are $80. This is a one-time payment that covers members for the full school year

Practice and Tournament Dates

We practice Monday – Thursday from 5:30pm to 7pm at the Jimmy Powell Tennis Center on campus.

There are two annual tournaments that we compete in every year. One is in the middle of October and consists of just North Carolina schools. The other tournament is our sectional tournament, held in late February that is open to most southern schools.

Conferences and Opponents

When it comes to scrimmages that we set up, we typically only play other North Carolina teams. However, our annual sectional tournament includes any other southern state schools.
