Hunter Bacot, associate professor of political science and public administration, recently published “Establishing Indicators to Evaluate Brownfield Redevelopment” in Economic Development Quarterly (vol. 20: 2 (May) 1-20).
Coauthored with Cindy O’Dell of the City of Charlotte’s Department of Budget and Evaluation, the research proposes environmental and economic criteria useful for evaluating local government brownfield programs.
