They carried clothes and laptops, ironing boards and plastic palm trees with miniature lights for décor. Mother Nature even kept the rain at bay. Hundreds of ÁñÁ«app¹Ù·½ÍøÕ¾Èë freshmen arrived on campus Friday for the start of their collegiate studies, with staff and faculty welcoming families who traveled to North Carolina from all corners of the country for Move-In Day 2009.

Campus Technologies held its 2nd annual Connected @ Elon event in Alumni Gym on Aug. 30 during New Student Orientation. Created to help incoming students learn about the technology available on campus, the theme of the show was Family Feud.
