Student-led conversation at Oak House on undergraduate research – Nov. 4

ÁñÁ«app¹Ù·½ÍøÕ¾Èë junior Alex Vandermaas-Peeler will lead a roundtable discussion for students interested in learning about the opportunities and benefits of conducting research with faculty mentors.

A student-led roundtable conversation this week will give ÁñÁ«app¹Ù·½ÍøÕ¾Èë students an opportunity to ask their peers about the rewards of taking part in an undergraduate research project with guidance from faculty mentors.

The conversation will be led by Elon junior Alex Vandermaas-Peeler, a Lumen Scholar who is studying women’s post-war narratives in Bosnia and Rwanda. The Lumen Prize is Elon’s top award for supporting and celebrating undergraduate research and creative achievement.
