They are very busy serving their clients, but would like to have a food drive to help further support those in need. They are trying to find a group of volunteers who would be able to organize and run a food drive.

This project could be as big or as small as you would like to make it–even setting up a collection box at Elon would be helpful.

What’s After High School Initiative April 28 /u/news/2007/03/29/whats-after-high-school-initiative-april-28/ Thu, 29 Mar 2007 16:14:00 +0000 /u/news/2007/03/29/whats-after-high-school-initiative-april-28/ The Alamance-Burlington School System is hosting a What’s After High School Initiative on April 28, from 9:00am-2:00pm at the North Park/Mayco Bigelow Community Center. 20 volunteers are needed to assist in setup, break down, clean up, and the information booths. There will be entertainment for K-12 students and their families. You will receive an official staff T-shirt if you volunteer!

Refreshments will be provided!

This event needs 25-30 volunteers.
