Robert H. Moorman joins ÁñÁ«app¹Ù·½ÍøÕ¾Èë’s faculty this month as the Frank S. Holt, Jr., Professor of Business Leadership in the Martha and Spencer Love School of Business. Named in honor of the former president of Holt Manufacturing Co. in Burlington, N.C., the professorship honors the vision, leadership and compassion that were trademarks of Frank Holt’s career.

Betsy Stevens, an associate professor of business administration at the Martha and Spencer Love School of Business, received a citation award this summer from the Journal of Business Ethics for her article, “An Analysis of Corporate Ethical Code Studies: Where Do We Go From Here?”

ÁñÁ«app¹Ù·½ÍøÕ¾Èë President Leo M. Lambert used his opening of school address on Monday morning to emphasize the financial constraints that many families face when deciding on college, and how Elon must continue to expand its scholarship offerings to students at a time of national economic uncertainty.

During the Ever Elon Campaign, faculty and staff members have taken advantage of planned giving to make a powerful difference in the lives of students while providing for themselves and their loved ones.

Claudine Moreau, a lecturer in the physics department, is one of three featured poets in the Carrboro Parks and Recreation event "Poetry On Your Plate," which is scheduled for Thursday, April 14.
