On Thursday, Nov. 2, faculty members Erin Hone and Marna Winter along with students Molly Kearns and Kristen O’Neill, both junior special and elementary majors, presented twice at the N.C. Council of Teachers of Mathematics state conference in Greensboro, N.C.

On Thursday, Nov. 2, ÁñÁ«app¹Ù·½ÍøÕ¾Èë students studying elementary and special education in the Principles of Learning and Teaching Math and Science classes of Assistant Professor Katie Baker and Lecturer Erin Hone attended the N.C. Council of Teachers of Mathematics state conference.

The event invited sophomore business students to participate in a program focused on building professional skills.

Professor of Dance Lauren Kearns and three undergraduate students presented their research and attended the national conference in Houston, Texas.

Mia Faith Chamberlain and Jordan Thompson ’14 led an Oct. 25 presentation titled “Play at the Next Level: A Career in Sport,” highlighting the benefits of a legal education in the sport industry.

Friday's Rock the Block community block party on East Haggard Avenue will also include music, food, games, fireworks and an opportunity to celebrate the contributions of the Lamberts to Elon.
