The human service studies major from South Carolina excelled in the classroom and on the field this fall for the Elon Phoenix football team, earning him honors from the Football Championship Subdivision Athletics Directors Association. 

The Elon team presented two case study analyses at the competition hosted by Dalhousie University.

ÁñÁ«app¹Ù·½ÍøÕ¾Èë students participated in a January service project at the North Carolina Arboretum where they constructed natural shelters, built stick looms, and prepared children’s garden and craft activity areas, among other assignments.

The Charlotte Hornets take on the Chicago Bulls on Feb. 8 at 7 p.m. 

The research of ÁñÁ«app¹Ù·½ÍøÕ¾Èë Department of Physics students and faculty was presented at the 227th American Astronomical Society meeting in Kissimmee, Florida, January 4-8.
 

Students can apply to live in a Learning Community from Jan. 8 – Feb. 8.

Channeling the teachings of the late Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr., journalist and author Melissa Harris-Perry called on ÁñÁ«app¹Ù·½ÍøÕ¾Èë students Wednesday to engage with people who hold different beliefs rather than avoid difficult conversations that can lead to personal growth.

Students will lead discussion over dinner on the theme of "One Campus, Many Voices." RSVP required.

The annual Spring Organization Fair will take place on Thursday, Feb. 11 from 5 to 7 p.m. in the Moseley Student Center.
