The short film, written and directed by Jordan Roman ’15, was recognized at the 13th International Student Film Festival Hollywood, a forum for student filmmakers to showcase their work.

Two major fall event dates have been confirmed. Family Weekend will be Sept. 30-Oct. 2 and Homecoming from Oct. 21-23, 2016.

The Sport and Event Management Department hosted its fall 2015 Project Palooza, showcasing student work conducted during the semester.

A paper was presented at the AAA 2015 Annual Conference by Assistant Professor Mussa Idris, in collaboration with ÁñÁ«app¹Ù·½ÍøÕ¾Èë students Leena Dahal and Osca Opoku

Several ÁñÁ«app¹Ù·½ÍøÕ¾Èë student and staff organizations are taking part in a "No-Shave November" to raise money and awareness for addressing health issues that affect men.

In coordination with Campus Kitchen at ÁñÁ«app¹Ù·½ÍøÕ¾Èë, Elon Dining Services staff prepared and packaged nearly 1,000 meals for distribution to those facing hunger in Alamance County the week of Thanksgiving.

ÁñÁ«app¹Ù·½ÍøÕ¾Èë students donated their mural competition winnings to support the Global Neighborhood Service Project and a refugee family in Greensboro, North Carolina.

Elon Local News will premiere its documentary “Elon Local News Presents: The Threads of Burlington” at 7 p.m. in LaRose Digital Theater in ÁñÁ«app¹Ù·½ÍøÕ¾Èë’s Koury Business Center.
