CBS's "Matlock" co-executive producer and Elon alumna Michelle Leibel '14 shared industry advice and perspective with a diverse group of alumni attendees

Elon alumna Michelle Leibel ’14 has weathered the highs and lows of Hollywood, from short-lived shows to breakthrough moments. Now, as co-executive producer of CBS’s critically acclaimed ‘Matlock’ revival, she’s turning resilience and hard work into success.

Three community “Learn & Share” experiences will present opportunities for career empowerment, financial planning and giving back to the community.

The submission window for the 2025-26 grant project opens Sept. 1.

While the summer 2025 session is complete, applications for spring 2026 are being accepted until Sept. 15, 2025.

Elon music production and recording arts major Shreyas Kumar ’26 wants to be a music artist after graduation. Now, he’s getting his foot in the door through an alumni-owned music studio in Los Angeles.

����app�ٷ���վ�� Los Angeles students spoke with alum Frankie Capisano '16, an award winning writer and producer, about launching a post-graduating professional career.

The group discussed their wide-ranging work experiences in production, advertising, business, performance, marketing, brand management, social media and content creation.

Since 2008, ����app�ٷ���վ�� students have had the opportunity to participate for a semester in ����app�ٷ���վ��’s fully immersive Los Angeles experience.

Braxton Mayhew first landed an internship at Ally, a global communications and marketing firm, but the opportunity has now transformed into a part-time role for the ����app�ٷ���վ�� student.
