Mia Watkins ’16, a cinema and television arts major, produced an award-winning music video for a new track by Handbook, a United Kingdom-based music producer.

The cinema and television arts major enlisted the services of more than a dozen ÁñÁ«app¹Ù·½ÍøÕ¾Èë friends and collaborators to help produce a 30-second film that captures the emotions of the movie-going experience for the 2016 Coca-Cola and Regal Film Program.

Los Angeles area alumni gathered at Busby's East on Tuesday, May 3 to hear from a panel of five alumni about their journeys to success in Los Angeles

The Los Angeles-based technology consultant noted that his connection to his alma mater continues to grow with every passing year, thanks to the friends and mentors he found on campus.

For the second consecutive year, students studying in the ÁñÁ«app¹Ù·½ÍøÕ¾Èë in LA program got an inside look at the festivities leading up to the Academy Awards, the film industry’s biggest night of the year.

ÁñÁ«app¹Ù·½ÍøÕ¾Èë faculty members Jen Guy Metcalf and J McMerty '00, with assistance from several students and alumni, collaborated to examine a love story through ages and stages of life.

Bia Jurema ’15, a School of Communications alumna, directed, shot and edited a video currently playing on the arena’s LED screens during NBA games and concerts.
