Elon Law student Andrea Davis, along with Nancy Short Ferguson, counsel with the Chicago Title Insurance Company and Lisa Stewart of the Stewart Law Firm, wrote an article for the Winter 2010 issue of the North Carolina State Bar Journal exploring methods established across several states to help attorneys protect client funds entrusted to them.

One hundred percent of Elon Law faculty and staff contribute to law school scholarship fund

For a second consecutive year, every member of the faculty at ÁñÁ«app¹Ù·½ÍøÕ¾Èë School of Law contributed to the Law School Faculty and Staff Campaign in 2010. Giving from the staff at Elon Law rose from 80 percent in 2009 to 100 percent in 2010. Support from the law faculty and staff raises substantial funds for law student scholarships.
