Applications for the sophomore experience program are being accepted through Nov. 13.

More than 1,600 new Elon students were surrounded by friends and family Under the Oaks as faculty, staff and students celebrated the formal start of the academic year. 

The Elon community turned out Friday morning to help more than 1,600 new and transfer students move to campus as the 2017-18 academic year prepares to begin. 

Please note: A section of East Haggard Avenue that runs through campus will be closed from 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Friday, Aug. 25.  Read this note for a link to the move-in day map

Elon’s newest students will arrive on campus a matter of days. Here’s what they have to look forward to, along with resources to help ensure a smooth transition. 

Twenty-four new ÁñÁ«app¹Ù·½ÍøÕ¾Èë students spent the week at Elon and in the Alamance County community serving nonprofits and learning about the area. 

A variety of events will be held around the country to help welcome the newest members of the Elon family.
