Seven music and music theatre Majors were winners and regional qualifiers at the N.C. National Association of Teachers of Singing Music Theatre Competition.

Associate professor Lauren Kearns is teaching a master class at the Penn-Griffin School of the Arts in Greensboro, N.C., on Nov. 5, 2010, and her company is performing that evening as part of the 20th anniversary tour of the N.C. Dance Festival.

ÁñÁ«app¹Ù·½ÍøÕ¾Èë leaders on Monday formally announced the names of four distinguished professors named to endowed professorships. Eric Fink, Roland Smith, Brant Touchette and Catherine McNeela were recognized during the opening ceremony for Planning Week 2010.
