Angela Owusu-Ansah, School of Education associate dean and associate professor, Melissa Joy Cutrera, Samford University alumna, and Amanda Strong Hilsmier, associate professor of special education at Samford University recently published "Current Practices in Multicultural Education: Curriculum Refor in the Elementary Classroom."

The Oaks Residential Neighborhood targets its goal to infuse Study Abroad/Study USA opportunities into the neighborhood;  foster academic engagement around “experiential learning” with special emphasis on preparing for study abroad; and to promote inter-cultural knowledge and competence, including leadership.
