I am in the process of closing on a house and am looking for someone to take over my 2BR/2BA first-floor apartment (1170 sq. ft) at the in Greensboro in late May/early June. It’s about a 30-minute drive to Elon and is close to Route I-840/Urban Loop, Country Park, and about 10 minutes from downtown.
You would need to qualify for the apartment through the management company and would sign a full 12-month lease. This complex seems to be in demand, and this guarantees you a unit (if you qualify). I cannot commit to anything until our home closes on April 30, but once that is done, we can connect you with the management company. If we get someone to sign, we don’t have to pay the lease break fee.
All furniture in photos will be gone, but a washer and dryer are included with the apartment.
