With clearance from the American Bar Association and the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools Commission on Colleges, Elon Law is set to enroll its first students to an in-person, part-time Juris Doctor program at ÁñÁ«app¹Ù·½ÍøÕ¾Èë's new campus in the city's South End neighborhood.

Lemack, who has served as an adjunct faculty member with the ÁñÁ«app¹Ù·½ÍøÕ¾Èë in Los Angeles Study USA program since 2010, will begin in the new role on Jan. 22.

The cohort of 12 undergraduate students has been studying in Charlotte since August, as part of the ÁñÁ«app¹Ù·½ÍøÕ¾Èë in Charlotte: The Sport Experience program, which has allowed them to attend over 15 enrichment activities and converse with over 40 alumni these past four months.  

Maynard, an ardent supporter of ÁñÁ«app¹Ù·½ÍøÕ¾Èë, passed away Saturday, Dec. 24, at the age of 91.

Members of The Sport Experience cohort organized a Dec. 3 book drive in collaboration with the Charlotte Knights to support Promising Pages, a Charlotte-based nonprofit organization that distributes books to underserved children.

ÁñÁ«app¹Ù·½ÍøÕ¾Èë in Los Angeles just wrapped up another successful semester. The program is looking forward to the Spring semester ahead.

The board of trustees of the accrediting body informed President Connie Ledoux Book that the institution’s accreditation has been reaffirmed without recommendations or needed revisions.

First-years, sophomores and juniors are encouraged to attend the final 2023 information session in Global Commons 103.

The publication comes 100 years after the Alamance County community rallied to support Elon College following a devastating fire that destroyed the college’s main building.

More than 60 international students at Elon were joined by faculty, staff and community partners to enjoy traditional Thanksgiving treats on Tuesday, Nov. 14.
