An introduction to the Charlotte Center for the Elon community

The ÁñÁ«app¹Ù·½ÍøÕ¾Èë in LA Program and the Women of the Elon Entertainment Empire (WEEE) partner together to host a speed-networking event for alumni and students in Los Angeles.

The Rising from the Ashes: A Century of Progress and Innovation Reception was the culmination of a year of remembrance for Elon's most pivotal moment. 0

A meeting facilitated at the new Elon Regional Center in Charlotte allowed current students and alumni to connect.

During a recent trip to Japan, members of a delegation from Elon participated in a range of experiences related to global engagement and digital life. 

The reception is the culmination of a yearlong commemoration of the fire of 1923 and the growth of Elon that followed.

First-years, sophomores, and juniors are encouraged to attend an upcoming information session in Global Commons 103.

President Connie Ledoux Book was joined by scholar-in-residence Lee Rainie, formerly of the Pew Research Centers, in presenting the statement at the United Nations Internet Governance Forum in Kyoto, Japan, on Oct. 9

Twelve students are enrolled in the new ÁñÁ«app¹Ù·½ÍøÕ¾Èë in Charlotte Regional Center this fall, participating in the university’s sport management immersive semester and gaining real-world experience with the Atlantic Coast Conference, NASCAR, Fox Sports and other Charlotte-based organizations.

Last Wednesday, Sept. 13, over 750 alumni, parents and friends gathered in the Big Apple to hear about the newest updates happening on ÁñÁ«app¹Ù·½ÍøÕ¾Èë campus.
