ÁñÁ«app¹Ù·½ÍøÕ¾Èë Criteria for Serving as School of Record

ÁñÁ«app¹Ù·½ÍøÕ¾Èë serves as the School of Record for the Accademia Europea di Firenze (AEF) in Florence, Italy and The Washington Center (TWC) in Washington, D.C.  The agreements to serve as school of record (SOR) are based on the following criteria:

• ÁñÁ«app¹Ù·½ÍøÕ¾Èë actively uses the program;
• ÁñÁ«app¹Ù·½ÍøÕ¾Èë has a stake in the academic content and quality of the program;
• The program has appropriate control and oversight procedures in place;
• Criteria for faculty hire, course design and approval, credit and grading, and student assessment are consistent with those of ÁñÁ«app¹Ù·½ÍøÕ¾Èë and with the commission on Colleges of the Southern Association of Schools and Colleges, which approves the School of Record agreement.

For the Accademia Europea di Firenze ÁñÁ«app¹Ù·½ÍøÕ¾Èë maintains active oversight through university committees of all AEF faculty, all AEF courses taught by AEF staff; and all significant course modifications.

For The Washington Center ÁñÁ«app¹Ù·½ÍøÕ¾Èë maintains active oversight through university committees of all TWC faculty, all TWC courses taught by TWC staff; and all significant course modifications.
